The colleague was friendly, but professional. The bed we hoped to purchase was not in the showroom, but we were shown the different bases which we needed clarified on other beds. It was explained that the standard of bases was the same on all beds, we were looking for bed frames and we wanted to experience the different slats to check for comfort. The time taken with us was valued.

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new mattress. Nothing was too much trouble for the young man serving us. He was helpful and friendly. There was no pressure into buying. I would recommend dreams to friends and family. A very pleasant shopping experience! Cannot wait for our new mattress to arrive.

We went to buy a cheap single mattress for a spare room, a very small purchase. Your assistant was excellent, from her first approach through to selling us additional items. We came away with a duvet and two lots of pillows as well as the mattress and were highly satisfied that we had got a good deal. Having been in sales myself for some 40 years I'm constantly disappointed by the level of competence you encounter in retail situations. However your assistant Ony was calm, professional and knowledgeable and is a credit to you. If I was looking for someone for a similar position I would be trying to headhunt her from you!

There were plenty of beds around the showroom & from those my interest arose to a purchase ... The lass (Vicky) was very helpful & left us alone when asked - but was there when needed. She was more than happy to put feet protectors on the bed of our choice (which had none) which effectively meant she remade the bed.

We found Victoria extremely helpful without being pushy. When we told her that we weren't in the market for the most expensive mattresses, she immediately found us an affordable alternative which met my daughter's needs. We got an excellent saving on the bed and mattress in the sale.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say and my needs, she took time to help me understand the product.
