Very professional service and pleasant experience

Very helpful as I suffer from a bad back. She allowed to me try many mattresses and pillows until I found the right combination. She gave my 2 girls crayons and pictures to colour in and supplied me with water my wife a cup of tea and the 2 girls an apple juice and a hot chocolate. Nothing was too much trouble. I run a tyre business in Carlisle and found the customer service excellent. A credit to your company and I would employ her myself given the chance. 5 star.

Ease of sale,Vicky sales person gave us the time and ability to try out as many mattresses as we wanted. All of staff were friendly.

Having bought from Bensons last year this was a more professional service.

The assistant Ony was very helpful and her customer service was excellent. Ony was the only assistant in the store and was looking after a couple of customers when we entered the store. The first thing she did was explained that she would be with us shortly and offered a cup of tea/coffee. We had a good browse around and had some banter with the other customers (they also purchased a new mattress. ) When Ony completed their sale she came over to us and apologised for our wait and asked us how she could help. We explained what we required and she explained all the alternatives there were. Ony was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in mattresses while we were trying them to see what suited us.

We arrived at the store with a good idea of what we wanted. We first tried out the mattress and we were both impressed by the comfort and the price, however after seeing the bed we had seen online we were unsure of how well it would go with our decor. So chatted to Ony the Dreams sales assistant and she showed us other ottoman beds. We saw one that we liked but it was more expensive. We explained that we were there to but two double beds and mattresses and that we wanted an old bed taking away along with the new beds assembled on delivery and she managed to negotiate having one assembled for free, so we decided to buy them there and then. She was very helpful and friendly and explained the interest free credit option which sealed the deal.
