Friendly member of staff talked us through the different types of mattresses. Allowed us to lie on each mattress and explain about each one. Wasn’t pushy, there was a table with colouring in to keep our children entertained. Was offered tea or coffee. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Mattress we chose was a good price and can be delivered within 4 days. Very happy!

Customer service was excellent. We were advised professionally and kept informed all the way through to buying our new bed

The guy that served me (Dale) was very helpful. He wasn't pushy like you get in some stores and he made me feel very welcome. I like the fact he offered me a drink, just wish it was alcoholic :) I didn't realize that you had a store in Carlisle. I only noticed as I was passing. TBH not the best location. The shop was very clean and tidy. You can tell the staff take pride in their shop.
