Your staff are very knowledgeable and so help full .This is the second item I have bought from Dreams and your staff could not have been more helpful.

We were very impressed by the lady (Deanne) who served us, she never rushed us and gave information when we needed it. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. The quality looked good and the store looked good when we walked in,

The staff member was extremely friendly, attentive and knew what she was talking about. She sat us down and offered us a tea or coffee, and placed my order

Offered lots of assistance from the staff, very informative re: matresses etc.

The sales assistant "Ony" was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We have yet to test the product we bought , so will reserve judgement for the time being.

As soon as we entered the store we were asked if we required assistance we explained what we wanted and the assistant took us through all the options and prices until we made our choice

Very helpful staff,clean store,easy parking,my only problem was with arranging the finance but that was due to my credit rating not the staff.

Great help buy the member of staff( deannne) we had never bought a mattress before so had no idea how to go about it,he took us to the test beds, with pillows so we could figure out what firmness we wanted, and what type of mattress we wanted, she then took us to the appropriate mattress.
