Great product knowledge by the Sales Assistant, who took her tine to understand our needs and what we were looking for in a mattress. Originally came in for ideas for a future purchase but was so impressed with price, knowledge and delivery times that we were confident to make a purchase there and then

We were met on arrival by Onyanee who establish our requirements. She proceeded to show us our preferred type of bed frame and then spent a good deal of time explaining the different types of mattress available and giving us the opportunity to try them. We were then left to give us a chance to consider our options without any pressure and was then available to conclude our proposed purchase. We ended up also buying some Tempur Cloud pillows which we found were comfortable when trying out the mattresses. Whilst the order was being completed we were offered a hot drink. Various options were explained to us which made our decisions easy. We were also advised concerning delivery arrangements. Overall we were please with the service provided.

I was made to feel welcome by Deanne. I indicated my budget and she showed me what was available and also online. She even made me a good cup of tea ! So a pleasant buying experience all round.

The staff were very helpful and friendly but pleasingly not over pushy, and we were given lots of time to make our selection. The store also has on site parking.

Your assistant listened to our needs, didn't talk over us and explained everything from size, storage, firmness of mattresses and materials. Then talked us through finance and delivery making it all easy to understand whilst being patient with us changing our minds. She also made a mean mug of coffee.
