Very good friendly service explained all about quality even gave me a coffee

Staff were great. Got really good value as the store had a significant sale.

Good knowledge of products. Although store was in clearance for moving to a new location. The staff could not have been more helpful. Updated by text on my delivery on the same day so very efficient. Would shop again.

We were greeted at the door by Lauren and asked if we needed any help or assistance with anything and we're offered drinks at the door, we were told we could mix and match with the mattress and bed frame which was good so we had a mattress that was the best for us, she also explained about prices and the sale to us, when we went to place our order she again offered us a drink and we quickly went through the process and explained what I was signing and gave us a great deal.

The assistant who looked after us was friendly very polite and bubbly! It makes a difference!! Dianne also pointed out offers of the clearance items. We bought an ex display frame it’s great! We also purchased a couple of the Tempur Pillows on her recommendation as a gift!

The sales lady Victoria went above and beyond to make sure we was completely satisfied with our purchase, giving us all sorts of options and advice without being overwhelming or pressurising. Would highly reccommend this store to freinds and family.

Fantastic service, sales assistant was very polite and attentive. The bed and mattress I purchased are exactly as I was looking for, i just can’t wait to have it all delivered! And a lovely cuppa coffee too. Cannot fault any part of my visit. I will certainly be recommending your carlisle store!!
