The sales staff at the Grimsby store were just the perfect balance of being available and helpful, and yet not too pushy. Product knowledge was excellent.

Good friendly no pressure staff

I have been in this shop a few times and have been saying yea or no all the time so with the sale we said yes the team are all very welcoming and no pressure they showed us all the mattress we said we like and gave us time to lay on them we have been looking at a few beds at different places got to say these look better and fell better only one thing I will say is if I I had got the bed b4 Xmas I would of got a better deal with all I would have got

I was amazed that the assistant had the same as me which is a bulging disc and crumbling spine. Through this she was so helpful in helping me and my Husband in choosing the right Mattress.

The member of staff who assisted us was extremly helpful. Even though we was disappointed that not all of the accessories in the range we selected came in the colour we selected, we still left happy due to the sales staff.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and skilfully assisted to find the right mattress. We were given space to think about the options and come to a decision. When we had we were given a drink while we completed all the paperwork. I had a problem as I was refused the interest free option which was very strange but we were reassured as to possible reasons and paid in full instead.

As we had no idea what type of bed we were looking for we appreciated the knowledge of the store assistant. He pointed us in the right direction. We never once felt rushed.

Sam who looked after us was very knowledgable. She wasn’t pushy she gave us time to choose after explaining about the different mattress types. Then took us through our options.

Welcome on arrival. I came in looking for a headboard got shown many but I was partially looking for a grey one so Marta showed me all the grey ones including a clearance one which was in excellent condition which I went ahead and purchased. We was offered a coffee while processing our order. Very welcoming. We was offered to take our item home that day or get it delivered which I chose to get it delivered. Got a very quick delivery date. Overall very satisfied with dreams and the whole process

The customer care was excellent and staff were very helpful. The beds were reasonably priced due to the Sale. Setting up. The purchase was quick and painless.
