The colleague was extremely pleasant and very helpful, I had the opportunity to use the equipment that recommends what type of mattress was best suited to me, I was also offered Tea or Coffee, overall a very good experience.

The manager James looked after me .. I visited the store First on my own .. had a go on the demo bed .... decided on a particular mattress .. he was polite .. his product knowledge was fab and nothing was too much trouble . He offered me a coffee .. left me to try out for a while .. I came back with my husband ., same fabulous treatment .. all of the staff were really lovely

We were made to feel very welcome by the assistant who I think was called Malc, he showed great interest in our needs and our budget, even our dog was welcome in store which made things much easier for us. Malc gave us a very interesting demo on a mattress that showed us what we would be matched to. He also made us a coffee which was nice.

Very helpful staff. Malc offered my wife and my self a coffee and was happy to listen to our needs and very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions we had

This was a return visit to the Grimsby branch after also visiting Bensons in Boston, we found Malcolms approach, explanation of store & product layout very refreshing, he was available each time we had a question but left us in peace to make our own minds up, in our own time.

Malcolm made us very welcome and explained Al the mattress. He was also kind enough to make a coffee

When entering the store we were greeted with a friendly hello and offered a drink. Store was lovely and clean and inviting. We spoke to James when we needed help, he was lovely, friendly and we also had a bit of a giggle. He did not push us or crowd us as we hate that! but when we needed him he was available and answered any questions for us.

Sam from the Grimsby dreams store was efficient , friendly and pleasant in manner ..she helped by suggesting other option to meet our best needs .. We was also offered a hot drink which made me feel relaxed in manner due to me suffering with anxiety
