We knew what we were looking for with a bit of flexability. Staff were quick to enquire if we needed help but left us alone to browse as requested. When we had questions they were immediately there to help.

We were served by Sam and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us find exactly what we want. All the members of staff in the store were excellent and very friendly.

We had our ‘bed assessment’ which showed that we suited a soft/medium mattress. We were shown different options that met our needs. We were supplied with our normal type of pillow which gave us a good comparison. Molly the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. She guided us expertly through our best options giving us time to try out the mattresses.

The store manager who served us was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgable about all the products and helped us pick something we were very happy with.

I have visited all bed stores in our local area (Grimsby) and travelled away to. Dreams was by far the best service , all staff were friendly , gave us great information about mattresses , prices were very good to, and delivery time was worked around our needs. We came into the store on a bank holiday Monday around 3pm we were told the store was open till 8 which we wasn't expecting but meant we didn't have to rush. The store manager I believe was called James, originally served us and helped us find a TV bed. There wasn't what we was quite looking for in store but James helped us find on your online store the perfect one. James printed off all the information for us as it was in the clearance so was unable to order but with no problems was able to come home and order straight away. Your TV beds are much better quality than any we have seen. Malc then helped us find the mattress, he put us on a bed that measured our body's needs. He took us around all the suggested mattresses and gave us lots of information on each one. Lovely helpful staff

My wife and I loved our experience at Dreams in Grimsby. The store layout was great, it gave a light and airy feel but whilst maintaining plenty of stock and variation to try, so we could find which bed and mattress suited us best. We were welcomed by the entire staff during our visit and made to feel at home from as soon as we arrived. Every member of staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience and found the right bed for us.
