We were given tie to discuss our needs and choose accordingly

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Dreams. Everything was explained clearly, and even trivial things were treated to the same courtesy. The store was well lit ,clean and tidy, and there was a wide choice of beds on display.

I was treated very well at Dreams ,Grimsby. Special mention must go to Samantha who explained in a friendly and patient manner. Nothing was too much trouble and we were offered a cup of tea or coffee.

The assistant who served me, Sam, was a pleasure to deal with. She was highly knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The store was very clean and welcoming.

The staff never judged there customers...which is fantastic there customer service was excellent

he showed us the right bed and was very nice and he said my hubby can sleep they for a little time lol over all we were very satisfied.

I went in the shop twice and the service was brilliant

The customer support was spot on, Malc was extremely helpful to find our needs and was not trying to sell us only one product but encouraged us to try all beds to find the right one. He was also not pushy as if this happens my husband will walk out of a shop, so obviously hit the right note all through the sale.
