Store assistant malc was very helpful pleasant and polite, not pushy at all but knowledgeable about the products in store

To be honest we couldn’t have had a nicer assistant. Malcolm was very helpful and was extremely easy to talk to about the sofa bed we needed. The whole store was bright and clean would certainly use again.

Molly the sales assistant was extremely friendly and helpful, giving me as much time as I needed to select the right combination for my bed needs. I can honestly say that in all my life I have never been given customer service of this high quality, thank you Molly.

All the staff at the Grimsby store are welcoming, very helpful, knowledgable and listened to my wants and needs. James, the store manager, went over and above to help find me the bed and mattress. Molly was extremely helpful and efficient.

Molly from the Grimsby Store was very helpful in helping me find the right mattress. She had a lot of knowledge and helped guide me to find a mattress suitable for me. Even after I have bought my mattress she spent time with my mum to help her know of what mattress she will need to get and spent a lot of time helping us.

In and out within 25 minutes, seen to immediately, very impressed with Lesley who we dealt with, very happy with the quality and price of our new mattress.
