Molly was very helpful she took the time to listen to my needs and didn't try to influence my choice one she had given me her recomendation

Was greeted by the staff, offered a drink and was offered to test out the pillows and sleep match. Overall great customer service and would highly recommended to friends and family.

The knowledge of the assistant was excellent and we were allowed to make our decision without pressure

The sales rep that helped us was so friendly and down to earth. His colleagues spoke Aswell and they where all lovely. The bed was for my little girl and she was made to feel very special. She then sat and did some colouring and they spoke to her about Disney films and made her laugh. He helped with the right mattress choice for long term and with the right protector and duvet. He explained the care plan and we where really happy with everything

Really helpful staff. Did the sleep match thing that helped us find a suitable mattress. We were slightly fussy and the staff were great in hearing us out and discussing options. Weren't too pushy either. Everyone was great.

Liked the lay out of the shop and all info needed for each bed was easy to understand. Loved the fact that we were left alone as we were looking round. When we decided what we wanted the staff member was great
