Both the sales guys were very helpful and made themselves available whenever they were needed, and most importantly with that they were available without been pushy. Both were very knowledgeable and answered all our queries. They also helped to entertain the children with colouring when they could so we could try the beds out properly. They looked after us well and offered drinks which made us feel very welcome. We came away with exactly what we wanted.

Malcolm could not have been better. He was professional, very well informed and knowledgable about the beds and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was patient, very helpful, friendly and sympathetic and understanding of my needs. The store had exactly what I was looking for and an excellent choice.

Your colleague acknowledged and greeted me upon entrance. He advised me to use the bed-assessor, which was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable and showed and explained various options (re mattresses). He also made me a drink, which was very much appreciated. Generally this was an example of good, 'old-fashioned' service that I prefer.

Walked into store and asked within a few minutes if we needed help. As we enjoy looking at products first and like to look on our own Sam was very understanding and left us to look until we were ready. Advise that was given was u understanding and we made our decision to buy. This is the second time we have purchased a bed from dreams.

All members of staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, without being over-bearing. They introduced themselves and offered assistance - should and when we needed it and then gave us plenty of time to browse and make our own deliberations, yet, timed it perfectly to come over and offer advice and opinion on our options, yet staying impartial, when we struggled to decide between two different beds. They even offered us cups of tea so that we could take plenty of time to make our decision!!! Service was swift and no-nonsense. Staff were knowledgeable on the products and I felt I could trust and was confident in making my purchase at this store with the Store Manager and Malcolm. The price of the bed was good, I was happy with the quality of the bed in the showroom. I am happy with the delivery timings. Great promotion with the free Silent Night pillows....which is an added bonus to the shopping experience! So far, I’m extremely impressed with this Dreams Store and the staff and its service! Would highly recommend!!!

From the moment I walked in the service was second to none. I wasn’t sure what type of mattress I need so the assistant think her name was molly took me over to this machine bed that I laid on and it worked out the type of mattress I needed. I was on a small budget but I was shown quite a few mattresses and in the end went for the Hudson. After a few details taken at the desk I paid for my purchase got pillows and mattress cover for free and delivery date was set. The whole experience was a delight from start to finish. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you.
