I got 2 beds which are ideal for our home. The sales team were kind and helpful and made buying the beds very easy. Also I took my children and was offered drinks whilst my details were taken which was nice.

Fantastic staff , very friendly, very knowledgeable even asked if I would like a cup of tea or coffee, took the time to listen and understand my needs and knew exactly my requirements,

I required s bed for my disabled wife. The staff were superb, understood what I needed and why. No pressure was applied. P!enty of information and advise that helped me to make the purchase.. Plus a nice cup of coffee.

On entering the ,store we were a little nervous as no one else was in the store but straight away wasmade to feel relaxed and at ease, every thing was explained to us and the assistant was very friendly and helpful for us to make our choice. We would definetly recommend the store to family and friends.

James and Sam were really helpful and James identified the perfect solution for us.

I was not rushed but given time to make up my mind which mattress to buy. Every thing was explained in plain english

Great advice from very friendly staff

Very friendly and efficient staff who retained their sense of humour whilst dealing with an IT problem. Very apologetic as it was a nationwide problem - Malc rang me later that day to complete the purchase.

My wife and I were going to shop around for a new mattress. The first place we visited was 'Dreams'. The assistance we received from (Malc) was first class as was the product (Not the first we looked at) We had no need to shop any further afield Thank You Ken Barr
