Very friendly staff helpful and made me feel well advised

From start to finish, we where greeted on arrival and asked if we needed any assistance. We was served with a fresh (proper) coffee. We tried out the sleepmatch, which helped us to test and pick a variety of products. We was able to test out pillows and purchased a couple for the new bed and mattress. Throughout the experience at the store Molly, James & Malc, made it friendly, relaxing and at no point did we feel pressured. Would like to thank the team for everything they did and we will be going back there for our bedding needs. Thank you

Brilliant customer service by the sales lady

From entering the store Sam was very welcoming and listened whilst we explained what we were looking for, she advised us to try the sleepmatch machine and offered us drinks multiple times during our visit. After using the sleepmatch machine we were shown the variety of beds and mattresses which fit our match, she also had very good knowledge about the suggested products along with any other products which we asked about. We were left to browse the store and try the beds without any pressure, which made the visit all the more relaxing and given time to look around without interruption. When we decided to make our purchase Sam was able to identify which bed we meant from us pointing in the direction and saying "that one over there" this showed a good knowledge of the store layout, we were offered another drink whilst going through the application process which was also explained at each step. Overall this was a very positive shopping experience aided by very competent staff, this is why we would happily recommend and return to the shop when we need to.

The lady that served us was lovely, she gave us the time to look around the store at other mattresses and was ready to serve once we had decided. She talked us through the different options and told us about the insurance which will come in handy. She was very helpful.

Malcolm who sold me the product was very patient and very helpfull, a truly valuable employee

Malcolm in the Grimsby store bent over backwards to help us get the bunk bed which had been removed offline without anyone knowing. We only wanted this one so it could separate into to single beds if needed. He rung as soon as he could sell the one in store 👍

Very good customer service, Malc listened to us throughout our visit and offered sound advice and guidance in terms of our bed purchase. There was no pressure to buy and he just let us make decisions in our own time, and browse the beds at our leisure. Thank you
