We made a purchase of a new king sized bed, very good quality and reasonable price.

James the staff meme bee was extremely helpful for me and my girlfriend in finding a new mattress and bed. This was in the Grimsby store.

Large store with plenty of beds on display of various styles. They were all presented to a good standard. The staff were helpful and understood the products, listened to our needs and provided helpful advice. The whole process was completed in less than 1/2 hour.

The dreams assistant (Malcolm) was very knowledgeable, spent lots of time with us and gave clear information on the products and answered all our queries quickly. The range of products to physically see and try in store was satisfactory, not too much to confuse but the right amount for a good choice depending on our needs & budget etc. We also felt like valued customers with the combination of discounts and offers we were informed of without any ‘hard sell’ in place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Molly was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the products.
