Great customer service, so much better to be served face to face than online

Just like to say a big THAN YOU It’s our second purchase at Dreams this year we find the staff very knowledgeable and respectful to our needs answering all our questions giving good advice can’t fault them great experience shopping at your store.

We was very satisfied of the perfect service when choosing our bed. We could not fault the manager who look after us and then his assistant who placed the order. It was a lovely experience from start to finish and will highly recommend it. Thank you very much again 🙂

The moment you walked into the store you where greeted with a smile and acknowledgment but not pushy just asked if we where ok and needed any help. Malc the assistant was so helpful never rushed us gave us lots of advice. We only went in for a mattress but bought a new bed as well there was lots of choices and have been back to order my son a new mattress as well. I would definitely go back and recommend Thank you
