Customer service was excellent. We were welcomed as we entered the store but allowed to browse before being asked if we needed any help. So no pressure. Nice friendly staff offered coffee as they set up the sleep match. Then took us through the options still no pressure to purchase. We then selected our purchase of a mattress plus extras. Given a choice of delivery days. So very happy overall. THANKYOU😀👍👏

everything was painless, it was fun trying the analyser machine, and the matress we went for just felt “right” after visiting dreams and every other competitor we went back to dreams even though the mattress was £200 more than anything else we liked, also the wife liked the recyled matress materials

We had a lovely lady called Samantha looking after us, I was a bit all over the place trying to decide what we wanted, I’m 7 months pregnant with a 2 yr old and nothing was too much trouble, she got some colouring pages for my daughter and gave me as much time as I needed whilst trying to decide what was best

Ours was a spontaneous visit to Dreams Grimsby. We were looking for a bed for short term use, but didn't really know what we might need because our requirements were slightly complicated. On our first visit to the store, despite the staff being helpful and attentive, we were very undecided and said we would have to reconsider our requirements, and perhaps return another day.... Which we did. Ultimately we decided upon one of your tightly rolled mattresses. It's absolutely brilliant, very comfortable AND most importantly readily available and portable, for instant purchase from the store. We are very impressed with our purchase, and your Grimsby staff were extremely patient and helpful. Thank you.
