Staff very friendly and helpful. We were offered to use sleep match and she was very thorough and gave us lots of advice on the beds and pillows staff very patient

customer service was very good and provided useful advice is selecting the correct type of bed. We were even offered a hot drink whilst sorting everything out

Our sales assistant Molly couldn’t have been more helpful. I mentioned to Molly that I was pregnant and experiencing more than normal aches and pains whilst sleeping before trying the Sleep match bed. She was able to offer specific advice and information regarding what type of bed would be more suitable being a mother herself. Molly advised us on purchasing mattress protection cover which could help with having a new born, something we hadn’t even thought of. She completely understood where I was coming from with my needs from our new bed and found her experience, not only as one of your sales assistants, but also as a mother valuable. Molly made the whole purchase process stress free. We have already recommended the store to our friends and family and will definitely be purchasing our child’s first grown up bed from the store when the time comes!

James molly and Sam were extremely helpful from entering the shop to explaining the sleep match to the product knowledge when asked. We were over an hour trying to make the right selection and at no point were we made to feel rushed. They all at points were involved from the mattress to pillows and quilts. Really impressed with the level.of customer service we recieved.

Great experience overall. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy and highlighted offers where applicable. Took time and effort to find what we needed.

The member of staff was very helpful and knew her products. We were looking at tv beds but wanted one with an ottoman that wasn’t extra and was within budget. She made us aware of one that was online but not in store and this was what we ordered.
