We were asked if we needed help as soon as we entered the shop but we declined as we were just looking, we were not pestered which I liked. Later when we wanted help Malc was very understanding and couldn`t do enough to help and didn`t pressure us, which would have been a turn off. He did not pressure us to make a quick decision on the day and we left. On Tuesday we returned to the shop and Malc recognised us, offered us a drink and we had further chats and decided to make a purchase, just the way I like to do business thus the highly satisfied recommendation.

The assistant was very helpful and not pushy, she let us take our time in choosing a mattress and was very helpful. Our order was taken and everything explained to us in detail. I found it a very good experience and will definitely recommend this store to anyone requiring a bed or mattress.
