The person who served us took time with us and told us of options and how to decide what we wanted' He gave us space to talk things through but was on hand to answer questions. He was very friendly and personable

We got approached by Malcolm and he was so good there was no pressure no rush he asked us if we wanted a cup of tea or coffee lovely man he was so easy to talk to he put us both on the dreams bed so we could find out the exact mattress for us he was easy to talk to friendly kind just overall perfect very happy customer

From entering the shop we were greeted in a very friendly manner, given time to look and assistance offered. Time spent explaining the different options, very clear in the differences. Given time to consider options and to make a decision, even made a cup of tea! Very happy with the service, friendliness and professionalism.
