From start to Finnish a very satisfying service

We initially only popped in to see what bed were available and was greeted by a friendly member of staff. As we then decided to purchase a bed, the staff member was very attentive even offered us water and went through everything thoroughly.

Well looked after in store salesman was very helpful explaining different types of matterace and there values.

First of all the member of staff that served us was just amazing he was very knowledgeable about the product and very patient to our needs to make sure we got the right bed for us,I can't praise him enough I just can't wait to get our new bed now

From time of entry into the store to the moment I left, the assistant, Malc, was fully attentive and friendly and listened as I explained a health care issue I live with which causes me joint and muscle pain and impacts my sleep. He mentioned the BedMatch service that would measure my body weight, dimensions and pressure areas and would recommend the mattresses that would be best for me. I was very impressed with this and with the help he gave and I ended up purchasing one from the list. Malc helped me through the ordering process and offered me water if i wished (Covid regs). Malc is an asset to your company with his knowledge and with his excellent customer service skills.I will happily recommend Dreams at Grimsby to anyone.

From the moment we walked into the store we where very well looked after and all the options of mattresses where explained to us,including the machine to help with the type that we may require. We where even offered water if required. We decided on the item required and the order was placed promptly and efficiently with a delivery slot of just a week. Excellent service all round

We shopped at the Grimsby store and were given a great deal of help from James, and later by Molly.Our needs were quite complex and these two staff members went above and beyond to assist us with choosing a new mattress and ultimately buying it! Superb customer relations which were very much appreciated.
