The manager served us and treated us in a friendly and respectful way. He explained the new way of shopping in store due to the Coronavirus pandemic and ensured we had hand sanitiser at hand to use. He asked what we were looking for and when we told him what we required, he took the time to search for the exact mattress. He was very pleasant and helpful.

All our questioned were answered very clearly, the staff explained all covid protection guidelines and kept to those guidelines throughout our visit in store. Malc cleaned the mouse and keyboard before passing it to me fill in information and cleaned it again when I passed it back, we felt confident whilst in the store.
