Staff went out of their way to assist our needs. Everyone chipped in to help. Molly set us up on the sleep match, and then showed us the different varieties of mattresses to try. Manager James was always friendly and on hand to help. Gave us water on both visits while we made our decision after the first visit.

Malcolm was very quick to greet us, was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable considering all the covid requirements
