Both James and Molly were incredibly helpful, all Covid guidelines were adhered to. James was very patient with me as I was not 100% sure what I was looking for in my new mattress. I was shown a number of examples and used the sleep analysis machine. Both members of staff were faultless in there treatment of both my young daughter and myself. Now I’m just excited waiting for my delivery.

Staff went out of their way to assist our needs. Everyone chipped in to help. Molly set us up on the sleep match, and then showed us the different varieties of mattresses to try. Manager James was always friendly and on hand to help. Gave us water on both visits while we made our decision after the first visit.
