Molly from your Grimsby store was very helpful and friendly. We came on the Saturday but needed the measurements of the bed, Molly was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. Your shop was busy on the Sunday and even though we had to wait a little while, Molly explained she would be with us as soon as possible and apologised for the wait. She also remembered us from the day before. Hygiene and covid safety was excellent, a couple came in and was very rude to molly and a male member of staff after being told to wait. Both members of staff was very professional and explained calmly the reason for the wait and handled the situation greatly.

Molly, the assistant who served me, took me over to the sleepmatch and explained how it worked. Marta was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We were advised re health and safety, and used Sleepmatch which found us a very comfortable bed. Marta apologised for the fact our bed wouldn’t be delivered until 8 September before we placed the order. All in all our experience was very positive, and Marta and her colleague are a credit to your company.

James was very helpful. He was polite and took his time explaining the products. Couldn’t hope for better service.
