We found our shopping experience to be excellent. Malc put us at ease immediately. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We felt safe at all times during our visit and we felt valued as customers. He had a very nice way about him and made us laugh (whilst still being very professional).

James was very welcoming from walking in the door. He asked us what we was looking for and for who it was for. He showed us different bed frames and mattresses and the different storage each bed frame has. He was very thorough and informative.

Greeted by Malc as soon as we walked in the store. We had previously tried out the sleepmatch at the Lincoln store however, they did offer this service in the Grimsby store too. We were offered a bottle of water each which was appreciated as it was a hot day! When testing the mattress, they made every effort to covid-proof it by wrapping the pillows and placing a sheet on the mattress. Overall, very pleased with the customer service.
