Dreams

I was looking for a new bed base and had gone all over town to independent outlets looking for one without success (the assistants in the stores I visited were not at all helpful). I then decided to try Dreams, with not much hope I must admit, with them being a large organisation. How wrong can one be. The assistance I got was second to none. The staff were so very very helpful it was unbelievable and they found me exactly what I was looking for. I cannot praise your Grimsby store highly enough - it certainly was a "Dream" doing business with them and I shall certainly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you

Staff member Malcolm was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure every item was cleaned after being used. The quality of the products were good I store, have high expectations that when we receive the products they will be high quality too

Very friendly staff, we visited on a few occasions and there was no pushy sales techniques used. The staff offered advice and help on all products. We were given time alone to discuss amongst ourselves but the staff were always happy to help when we wanted to discuss things further.

I didn’t feel pressured but I was given the advice I needed to make an informed decision. I felt comfortable trying the beds and the staff were attentive when I needed help. As it happened the mattress I chose was on offer so I was extremely pleased with my purchase.

Malc was a really nice chap, really helpful and very knowledgable. He made the buying process easy and hassle free.
