I really liked the Sleep match feature the store offered to find the right fit mattress for me and my partner. Based on the results we were provided with the opportunity to safely try out mattresses suited to our needs. We were available to choose one based on this which is great. I left the store feeling like I purchased an excellent product. I also have to mention the brilliant customer service we received from James who was friendly, helpful, offered us a drink as well as greeted us upon arrival. The extra security measures put into place for COVID-19 were fantastic and massively reassuring. I will definitely be visiting this store and recommending it to others.

Malcolm the sales assistant was very knowledgable and listened to our needs. We were impressed with the bed computer selector, social distance and cleanliness of trying mattresses was followed. We explained our health problems and sleep problems and he described how the mattresses worked and which would be best. We then were given plenty of time without intrusion to try several mattresses and given time to choose the one we felt more comfortable on . He gave us time to make sure we had made the correct decision. The pillow I tried with the mattress was so good I purchased it ,we also purchased the protection package explained by Malc. Overall pleasant experience ,polite,helpful,and store following all the Clovid rules which made you feel safe. I’m now just looking forward to getting my old mattress taken away and my new one arriving which isn’t too long a wait . Would definitely recommend this store to family and friends etc. Thanks for your help and pleasant shopping experience over something that is so important to get right.
