Your colleague (female - she did tell me her name but I've forgotten it) was lovely friendly kind and helpful. Explained everything answered all questions was patient and super friendly with our little girl who was running round the shop! Helped pick out a perfect mattress and sorted out a bed too. Couldn't ask for better service.
