The assistant, Molly, greeted us on entry to the store and accompanied us around the premises. We were buying a new mattress and she first asked us to used the electronic assessment bed to determine the best type of mattress for us. This was most helpful in reducing the range of choice to those mattresses which were best for our needs. It was also an amusing and entertaining experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the options and allowed us plenty of time to make our choice, including testing the mattress we finally bought several times. She explained the options available to us for ways to purchase the mattress and optional add ons which we decided not to take up at this time. We did, however, take advantage of an in store offer for 2 free pillows and agreed a price for collecting and recycling our current mattress. We were offered bottles of water and the assistant took numerous precautions to ensure the whole experience was Covid safe. We also met the manager who assisted in the final details. He was equally as efficient and pleasant as Molly. The whole experience was very pleasant and better service than we received in a more traditional upmarket store.

Got us straight onto the sleepmatch she then took us straight to a mattress that we instantly liked. We also purchased a tv bed and pillows so got the whole package practically. Very happy with Mollys help and advise. So all in all Highly Satisfied
