Our store assistant was wonderful and took time to ensure we got the product we required (it was Grimsby store and Malcolm)

From booking our appointment online, all the way through to purchasing our new mattress your service was first class. The store in Grimsby is lovely and clean, the range of beds is huge, and the staff are brilliant.

First class customer service. Not too overbearing, listened, advised and then gave us time to view. We felt no pressure and the whole experience was great fun.

The staff were very attentive, without being "pushy". They greeted us on entry and asked if we were happy to look on our own or if we wanted to discuss what we would be looking for. When we were browsing, the gentleman was on hand to answer all of our queries and even provided us with diagrams of dimensions and information print offs, then leaving us to discuss as much as we needed. The assistant who helped us place our order was very knowledgable of the products as well as discussing all of the flexibility that dreams offer, as we are young first time buyers this was very important to us. We had visited the store several times before this to look at beds and the store manager was incredibly friendly on every occasion, he catered very well for my partners accessibility needs due to being a wheelchair user. Even going as far to rearrange displays to allow for easier access. Overall we are very happy with the experience.

No pushy salesman and well looked after

Nothing was too much trouble. We experienced the 'dream machine' to help us decide which type of mattress would suit us, then we tried all of the suggestions before settling on the one we found most comfortable.

The service was absolutely excellent. I met a lady called Lesley who established what I was looking for, and even though I only had a small budget due to it being a seldom used guest bed, I received an excellent friendly service to find my perfect mattress. Nothing was too much trouble, and Lesley and her colleague Malc from the Grimsby branch, helped in ensuring a wonderful customer experience was given. They were so helpful, I would highly recommend a visit to the shop if looking for your perfect bed.

From walking in to the store until we left we were highly delighted with the service we were given and the attention we received. We were given time to consider all the possibilities we had regarding our purchase and options to try and would definitely from our experience recommend to anyone.
