Shop layout was good and managers knowledge and assistance was just what we needed

James greeted us immediately, although serving other customers. We were shown a place to sit and told how long he would be. When available I was given all the help I needed and readily chose a mattress suitable for my needs. James was sincere and polite throughout. He was knowledgeable and understanding of my back problems. The whole shopping experience was comfortable and pleasant.

I came in for a mattress for my daughter. I didn’t want to spend too much so the lady I think her name was(Marta) explained some of the mattresses explaining what they are made out of and the support level and then she showed me the rolled up mattresses which I purchased! The shop was very clean. I felt safe in the shop compared to some shops around the town these were very professional about the whole situation of COVID. The manager grabbed me a bottle of water which was lovely in this heat! Overall the staff are amazing in the Grimsby shop and I will defiantly be returning to dreams in the future!
