On entering the store we were asked immediately to sanatize our hands. I explained exactly what I needed and was shown to the item. I was offered to lay on the bed with a covering and a pillow. Extremely happy with the suggestions. Cover for insurance explained which I took out. Plastic shield at the desk for information and payment excellent. Sales assistant Mall very knowledgable.
