The Sales Advisor Malcwas very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us to the sleep master mattress tester and it was really interesting and actually fun. Fro that he directed us to suitable mattresses and explained them fully. Happy withal this we purchased a bed, headboard and mattress.

Customer service was amazing. Staff very friendly, listened to my needs and advised on different products available. Knowledge of all the products in store was fantastic. Was not 'pushy trying to get sales. My whole experience was a very positive one.
