From entering the store, through to completing our order Molly, was friendly, helpful and took full care of our needs. She made us feel safe and valued as a customer. Nothing was too much trouble when swapping backwards to different bases, she was more than happy to get us an updated price as to how much this would cost and her knowledge of each product to make sure we picked the best possible bed that met our needs. Its been 7 years since we've been into a Dreams shop and the last time we didn't have a very good experience, but this visit was 100% a better experience which led us to completing an order.

The Sales Advisor Malcwas very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us to the sleep master mattress tester and it was really interesting and actually fun. Fro that he directed us to suitable mattresses and explained them fully. Happy withal this we purchased a bed, headboard and mattress.
