The man that offered his assistance from us walking in the store to us leaving with a bed we fell in love with, was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful! He showed us all our options and a variety of mattresses that would suit our needs but save us a little money as where new parents. We was offered refreshments through out our experience and felt very comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends! Service was excellent

The care taken to both of us to yet the right bed and mattress , was over wellming and they both took time to talk to us and guild us the right way. We spoke to Malc, he made us feel very at ease. He wasn't pushy like we expected the staff to be and was very patient with us, as we had no idea what we were looking for! He offered us the sleep test machine to point us in the right direction and gave us a good amount of mattresses to try. He even told us a trick to find the perfect mattress out of the last few contenders. He was very polite and a very pleasant person. We even had similar stories to tell while waiting for the computer to load to order our mattress. He knew when to leave us be and we went back to him when we needed him. He also told us his personal opinion to send us in the right direction. We had an excellent service from him and you should be proud to have him as a staff member. We will soon be returning to order a bed once we have moved house and look forward to our next visit. Thank you Malc!

I was very happy with all aspects , it was a bit more than I want to pay but still worth it , was unable to see the bed in the shop as it was a new range and they didn’t have one

On the day we visited the store manager was on his own due to staff illness. Despite this and having to juggle customers around he was attentive and gave great customer service. Feeling valued as a customer goes a long way.
