Malc, the sale representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the differences between the various models and mattresses without pressure to sell. He remained in store after closing time to process our order and also to deal with another customer. A very good shopping experience.

I was highly satisfied with the whole process of selecting a new mattress. The store was very clean and the staff carried out regular disinfecting of each mattress that we tried. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. They seemed to be very well informed about each of the products in store. The mattress machine is a fantastic idea as it gives a customer an idea of which mattress is better for them

From entering the store staff were friendly and welcoming. We were asked if we required assistance and explained our purpose of visiting the shop and were then explained the covid practice within the store and was taken to the bed scan machine. Molly explained the procedure and inputted the information for the scan. On the whole my husband and myself were extremely pleased with the staff and Molly's assistance ,offering the use of pillows to use while trying different mattresses .they were cleaning and spraying down as we tried out mattresses. They offered us drinks and which was really lovely (no hard sell) left us to decide on a purchase the whole experience was pleasant and we didn't feel rushed . The staff were lovely!! A total 10/10👍😁
