From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They Helped us with exactly what we wanted and We’re so helpful we will definitely recommend our dreams store as the service was to the highest standard and the staff we friendly and welcoming

Totally enjoyed the experience by the staff in the grimsby dreams store, eventually got the correct bed and mattress first class service

Very good salesman knew what he was talking about and gave us good advice.Soon as we walked in asked if we minded sanitising our hands which is plus point in my book if we tried any of the beds he spray sanitised afterwards and then before we sat down to finalise our purchase asked if we wanted a bottle of water very nice touch.

Our sales assistant was Lesley and she was lovely. My Mum is 93 and Lesley was kind and thoughtful towards her (even swapping her face mask for a shield so that Mum could hear better).
