H greeted us a we come in left us to look around then came to help us find what we need, his knowledge was very helpful everything from the use of the sleep match to helping us find the best mattress with the best pillow to try along with it. No rush we could of stopped and tried the beds out all day. Drinks where offered and all covid measures adhered to to make what use to be a straight forward process before covid to be a very enjoyable stress free save enjoyable experience.
