The assistant was very friendly and very helpful are pondering the store she asked if we needed any help, left just have a look round and we needed her was therefore a straight away. Shelters choose the right mattress it was suited for us and even offered us a drink bottle of water. The Assistance name is Leslie and she was wonderful

On entering the shop we were made to feel very welcome & asked if we needed any help. When we said we just wanted to look on our own we were told to take as long as we needed & if we need any help just to let him know. It wasn’t long before we needed to ask for help & he was able to point us in the right direction & advised me to try the mattress & even brought a pillow to get a proper feel for things… again I wasn’t rushed & he let us to try a few different mattresses until I was sure. Once I’d decided on the mattress he left us to look at the divan bases & if I need help to just let him know. After making my final decision he asked if he could get us a bottle of water, which my daughter & I was very grateful for. Completion of the sale was very straightforward, & he explained everything, so one very happy customer.

Our assistant Molly was very helpful in choosing the bed we wanted, explaining very clearly the working of the Ottoman Beds. We were offered water should we wish and taken through the process of ordering the right bed for us. Molly was very pleasant and polite which made our experience enjoyable. All in all an excellent experience.

Molly and Malcom are very friendly and good sales people. They have a great product knowledge and nothing was to much trouble to explain or do. I really dislike shopping as an experiance, but they both put me at ease and I felt very happy indeed when I left the shop. Would highly recommend the Grimsby shop!! Loking forward to sleeping on my new purchase. Thank you!!!

Choosing a bed is very difficult normally, we usually are not certain what we need. A bed is not something you choose very often so the knowledge and assistance shown to us by the salesperson was essential to our final choice. For instance, he was able to say that we needed a soft to medium mattress just by looking at our build and weight, brilliant. Also, he walked away and left us to test the beds, allowing us to discuss each bed, no sales pressure.

The lady in the store (Lesley) was very understanding and very considerate, I am a 76 year old lady who has several problems with mobility and nothing was to much trouble,no matter how long it took me to try the beds out. It was nIce not to feel a nuisance and being able to take my time without worrying about the time I was taking up.

Molly was knowledgeable on the products and gave time for me to think over the purchase; I did not feel rushed at all. She also advised on options I had not considered.
