The store assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose a bed and mattress for my needs. He didn’t rush me into making a decision and was very patient. The store was clean and bright and well laid out.

I was served by Molly who made a very stressful purchase a dream! She was super helpful and offered lots of advice and found us the perfect mattress. The whole experience was a joy and I will definitely be returning for any other bed needs, ive not had such a great customer service experience in a store for a very very long time!
