It was good service

When in store we were not fully informed of items that were available only on line. But Molly in the Grimsby store was very helpful

Was a good experience, maybe a touch too pricey but overall got a great bed that we are happy with so not complaints.

On the Thursday I discussed prices etc on line and it was £349 by Saturday am it had gone up to £399.00 I think that is a big increase

Even though I was pleased with the service I think that there is always room for improvement.

For me to put highly satisfied the staff would have had to be outstanding, they just did their job!

Not very much knowledge from staff whilst trying to purchase a mattress which would suit my bad back, chose product ourselves but more knowledge would of been more beneficial to us.

The staff were very helpful and helped us to find what we were looking for with a very good level of service. We do think that the delivery time is too long after purchase

Satisfied but would not have purchased if sale not on. Some beds where quite pricey

The sales assistant did not explain the various options which were available with the bed I purchased, such as the solid salt or sprung salt or divan options.
