Extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff.

All staff members were extremely friendly, without being overbearing! Very happy with purchase!

We were greeted upon arrival at the store and asked if we needed assistance, we were told we could lay down on beds and given pillows to try too. We were off Weed beverages on more than one occasion. We were sdvised of different types of mattresses and shown selections on slatted bases as we did not want divan.

Sam (Samantha) gave excellent service, and was there when information was needed without following us around the shop.

On arrival at the store Malc came over and asked us what we were looking for & we said a bed & mattress. He explained the colour code system & asked us how we slept ie front or back , if we had any posture problems or if we got hot when we slept? He then handed us each a different type of pillow & left us to wonder round and try the mattress 's. There was no high pressure sales or over enthusiasm. He even offered to make us a coffee. We felt we could take our time to choose the right bed. Over all it was a wonderful experience & I will highly recommend dreams to my friends.
