We were helped by Samantha who was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer. We never felt pressurised to make a purchase and were allowed to browse and "try out" the different products at our own pace. Samantha was always at hand and happy to help and advise when needed. The store itself was very clean,"bright and cheerful" with a good range of products on offer to suit all budgets. The products were spaced out well with good lighting. The price of each product and its various options were clearly displayed, as were posters giving information re- current offers etc. We were even offered a cup of coffee. All in all, very pleasant shopping experience.

The shop was set out lovely and the staff was very good and patient with me they made me feel very welcome and even offered me and my husband a drink.i will be calling back very soon when I can get my bedroom done thank you once again.

From the moment we walked through the door Malc was approachable, attentive and knwledgable, he walked us through each and every mattress and pillow choice and gave us space to make our own decisions. Even though we chopped and changed our minds abit his attention didn't waiver even when we said we needed to go away to make a decision. We particularly liked the fact that he was at hand to offer advice he also stood back and gave us our own space instead of following us around trying to hard sell. 2 and a half hour later he was still providing us with excellent customer service. He definately deserves a pat on the back for his patience.

Highly satisfied with the staff that made you welcome without the pressure of buying anything. Was given refreshments while waiting for paperwork. Overall we where pleased with the purchase and look forward for it being delivered.
