I couldn't thank the staff enough, helped from the minute I walked through the door and had a laugh throughout the whole experience of purchasing a new bed. Helped with all questions and was really friendly with my daughter and gave her crayons and paper to draw on. Made cups of tea for us and couldn't thank them enough. Cannot wait to receive my new bed next week. Thank you again.

Staff very friendly and informative. Asked if we would like a drink multiple times and offered a pillow when trying the beds.

The customer service was good, he explained all the different choices, then gave me the space to make my own decision.

The staff made my husband and I feel very welcome in addition to keeping our 5 year old entertained whilst purchasing our new bed. They made us hot drinks and a cold drink for my son. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and this is had to find in stores of late. Very child friendly in addition to having a high level of knowledge to provide appropriate advice and guidance of purchase we made.

Malcolm, Sales Rep was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful when purchasing our Dream Bed. He advised us about the warranty and we received a free mattress protector as part of the purchase, overall extremely happy with purchase.

The service was exceptional considering we had our two young children with us. The salesman was very informative and left us to make our decision until we needed to ask questions regarding the products we were interested.

The man in the store was very friendly and help full left us when told everything about the mattras to make our minds up. He was not pushy at all.
