There were a lot of staff members on hand, they were really helpful. I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer them all.

We went to store without any great expectation as to the quality of service we would receive. This was dispelled by the staff who welcomed us warmly, explained the process and spent time to understand our requirements and then went about expertly taking us through the various options available.
