Dreams

We previously visited a large National department store where sales personnel were a) only available after a long waiting time and b) were not giving much relevant product information. In Dreams we were attended immediately and assisted by a very knowledgeable sales person.

Richard,the sales rep,placed us at our ease from the start.He didn't rush us,was very knowledgeable and let us take our time,even left us,so that we could confir in private as to what items we wanted to purchase,prior to placing an order,The whole staff,were extremely pleasant which made it a nice experience to shop with your company.

The store assistants were lovely, the lady I dealt with gave me loads of help and was very knowledgeable. Overall a friendly team and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

We were made very welcome and offered refreshment and the staff understood our needs. They were extremely supportive and helpful and the shopping experience over all was excellent.
