Pandora Jewelry

I love all of my Pandora products. The store location was perfect and I was pleased with the individual attention from the sale rep. They had each charm that I requested.

When I walked in the store I was immediately greeted by the staff. The appearance was immaculate. The associates willingness to assist me with my selection was refreshing

The store was easily accessible in the marketplace. Furthermore, there was no wait to receive assistance or an answer as to whether or not my merchandise was available.

The ring I was looking for Item # 190965CZ was not available & not too many choices for my size were available either. Shawn J was very helpful & patient with me. I have no complaints about her but another sales rep was not too keen on helping me, I don't know her name but I wouldn't go to her for anything. She seemed very annoyed, hurried & just plain rude as I browsed through the rings in my size.

The staff at Montgomery Mall are very rude. After waiting almost 45 minutes for assistance when there were 5 sales associates available was a bad experience for me I would never return to that store. I was told that I couldn't get a refund because I didn't purchase at that store and I had to go back to the store I purchased at because they have my money. I don't understand that policy at all.
