I had a computer that I pawned. I was late on payment but called and the man said it was still there and I could come pay fee to get it. I came in to pay and they could not find it. He showed it was in store but could not locate it. It took Amy the store manager at the time a week to get back to me stating that she had an employee walk out on their job and she believes they took my laptop with them. I said ok what do we do now. She said well I can sell you another one here. If you were not late it would not have gotten pulled to be whiped! She made me feel as if it was my fault so I did come in and picked one out for a discount. I had just got my Laptop and put Windows, Powerpoint for $300 extra dollars. I am so sick over this. I do come in because I have more in Pawn and on Lay A Way. This has been a hard year as I worl for the Oso Firedepartment and our kids go to Marysville Pilchuck High School. So yes I was late but she made me feel like I was scum amd there was nothing she could do about it like oh well! I tell people this and all said to tell someone else, so here I am reaching out to who ever is reading this! I am sick over another loss!!!!
